xi’an Feibao Airport Equipment co.,Ltd subordinated to The First Aircraft Institute of AVAI I is a specialized company for the development and manufacturing of flight crew’s simulation training equipment. The company was established in1996.
Our company have a strong R&D team including a group of qualified professionals with expertise and the sense of responsibility. The company have the design teams of mechanical, structure, electrical, software, hydraulic/pneumatic and 50 manufacturing technicians and technical operators.
After about 10 years development, especially in the last 4 years we delivered packages of simulating training equipment to Shenzhen Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Shandong Airlines and The training centre of AVIV I commercial aircraft company. These work are highly praised by our customers and thus set up a good company image and reputation.
There are 3318 employees in The First Aircraft Institute of AVIC I including 2397 technical professionals among which there are 131 professors,540 senior engineers and 700 engineers. The institute have two branches of design groups with complete professionals in both military and commercial aircraft.

The institute have all specialized laboratories including aircraft configuration, fatigued, structure, systems, reliability, comprehensive, support, standard materials, computer technique and test metrology and the institute also have the large test labs such as flight control, hydraulics, fuel systems, environmental control, survival, hydraulic cooling, electrical network, avionics and aircraft fatigue.
With the sincere care and great support from the top management of the institute, we have achieved a great development in the building our professional field and our production process and manufacturing level are steadily improved.
During the product R&D and production in the last 10 years we continuously modified and upgraded the materials and production process for the training equipment. The KYDEX plastic-formed plates are used for all decorating materials, and the film-coated aluminum honeycomb plates are used for the covers of overhead bins the same materials and production process as used on the Chinese regional airliners with no poison and odor. The film-coating process in used for cloakroom, lavatory, galley and instructor’s control room. In the development and production pays great attention to the green environment for the products, and the painting process is no longer used and thus this significantly improves the training environment inside the cabin.
